These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, mobile application, and website of Technical Chowkidar Pvt Ltd, incorporated under the Companies Act, with registered office at SCO-211 Basement, Sector-10, Kurukshetra, Haryana 136118, India.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Technical Chowkidar mobile application, website, or any associated services (collectively, "Offerings"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

• —"Application" — the Technical Chowkidar mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms
• —"Offerings" — the Application, website, and all security-related services offered by Technical Chowkidar
• —"User" or "You" — any individual or entity accessing or using the Offerings
• —"Services" — subscription-based security services including Chowkidar patrol, emergency assistance, monitoring support, and related features
• —"Subscription" — a paid plan purchased by the User to access the Services
• —"Device" — the mobile phone, tablet, computer, or other electronic device used to access the Offerings

To use our Offerings, you must:

• —Be at least 18 years of age
• —Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law
• —Not be barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any applicable jurisdiction
• —Provide accurate and complete registration information

Technical Chowkidar provides subscription-based security services, including:

• —Assigned Chowkidar patrol services for residential and commercial premises
• —Emergency assistance and rapid response support
• —Real-time monitoring support through the Application
• —Incident reporting and tracking features
• —Other security-related features as may be introduced from time to time

Availability may vary based on geographic location and subscription plan. Technical Chowkidar reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• —Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• —Maintain and promptly update your account information
• —Keep your login credentials confidential
• —Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• —Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

All Services are provided on a prepaid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees in advance and authorize Technical Chowkidar to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Available plans include Monthly, Quarterly (3 Months), Half-Yearly (6 Months), and Annual (1 Year).

All content, features, and functionality on the Offerings — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and underlying code — are the exclusive property of Technical Chowkidar Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

You agree not to:

• —Use the Offerings for any unlawful purpose
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Offerings
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Offerings
• —Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• —Collect or track personal information of other users
• —Use any automated means to access or use the Offerings

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Technical Chowkidar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.

Technical Chowkidar reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Offerings after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
